Qadian, September 20 (Zeeshan Dehlvi):
The international NGO Humanity First, which has been serving communities worldwide for the past three decades, is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a unique global campaign titled “Walk, Run, Bike Across the Globe for Humanity.”
The campaign, being held simultaneously in 65 countries from September 6 to 20, 2025, aims to encourage people to engage in healthy and positive activities such as walking, running, and cycling, while also raising awareness and funds for welfare projects.
Established in 1995, Humanity First has successfully completed numerous projects across the world, focusing on education, healthcare, water provision, disaster relief, and support for orphans and widows. The organization currently operates in more than 65 countries, providing services without distinction of race, color, or religion.
Under the spiritual leadership of Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (may Allah be his helper), Head of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Humanity First continues to expand its humanitarian efforts globally.
In India, the campaign is being formally organized across 15 states, including Punjab, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Odisha, Bengal, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Haryana, Bihar, and Jharkhand. The public is being invited to join the initiative through walking, running, and cycling, thereby contributing to charitable causes.
The Humanity First Punjab Chapter has also launched special cycling challenges in collaboration with several renowned institutions and clubs, including Decathlon, Fit Bikers Club, The Pedallers, Cycling Club Amritsar, and other regional cycling groups.
This initiative is not only aimed at promoting sports and healthy lifestyles but also at fostering welfare awareness and mobilizing greater public participation in humanitarian service.
